The Russian army attacks a hospital in Kharkiv.

Local authorities in Ukraine have announced that the psychiatric hospital in Kharkiv has been attacked by Russian forces.

The local governor said there were no words to describe the damage, with 330 people believed to be inside the hospital but later it was confirmed that they were in a bomb shelter.

The Governor described the attack as “a war crime against civilians”. He also alleged that Russian forces are carrying out genocide in Ukraine.

Kharkiv is located very close to the Ukraine-Russia border, and has been constantly surrounded by Russian forces and have not hesitated to destroy it continuously since the beginning of the Russian invasion.

Otherwise Russian forces today have launched fierce attacks in western Ukraine, bombing airports.
