Starbucks employees collectively walk out of the facility

When it comes to many people’s favorite drink, coffee, American giant Starbucks is one of the most popular brands. It seems that interpersonal relations within the company have started to affect the image of this company.

The Starbucks Workers United TikTok profile, which is run by the organization that helps Starbucks employees across the US, has published a video that shows the dark side of this brand – but also showed unprecedented unity among colleagues.

The video, which has been viewed over 26 million times, shows employees collectively walking the aforementioned facility after their colleague Sam Amato was unfairly fired after 13 years on the job.

“When the whole facility comes out after the management unjustly fires our colleague, just because he is the head of the union,” says the caption next to the posted video. Many citizens have supported Sam, but also applauded the action of his colleagues.

“I think people don’t understand how hard it is to do this job – you are brave and deserve your union,” was one of the many comments.
