Missile attack in Vinnytsia.

Terrified pedestrians were forced to run for safety when Russian forces fired a Kalibr missile into a busy city center in Ukraine, killing 23 people.

The missile fired from a submarine in the Black Sea crashed in Vinnytsia around 10:50 am, injuring at least 100 people.

Russia, on the other hand, has said that the attack was aimed at the Ukrainian army, during a meeting of the air force command and representatives of Western arms suppliers.

However, footage shows cyclists and pedestrians going about their day as usual when they are suddenly confronted with the devastating noise. They can be seen lying on the ground to escape, one who fell off the bike crawling on the ground for protection. Another got off the bike and sat on the ground for his own safety.

A large shadow of darkness can also be seen in the video covering the area.
