Maserati revealed what the GranTurismo looks like

It is not yet known how much power Maserati‘s three-liter Nettuno V6 engine will have in the new GranTurismo’s environment.

On the eve of the official premiere, photos have suddenly arrived from Maserati where you can see what the latest edition of the Coupé GranTurismo model looks like, which will be powered by an internal combustion engine.

It is known that the car will be powered by the V6 biturbo Nettuno engine that Maserati developed for the MC20 super sports two-seater, but it is not yet known how much power the engine will have in the less aggressive GT body that Maserati will soon offer in the “open” version of Gran Cabrio.

Remember, the three-liter Nettuno in the MC20 model develops 630 horsepower and 730 Nm of maximum torque.

In the Maserati, it was lowered to 530 HP and 620 Nm for the promotion of the Grecale SUV, so the potential in the GT versions is expected to be somewhere in between.

Along with the evolutionary approach when designing the new GranTurismo, perhaps the most significant news is that at the top of the GranTurismo range will be an electric version of the Folgora, whose three electric motors produce 1200 HP, enough to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds and more than 320 km/h.

The new GranTurismo should go on sale next year.

It was previously announced that Maserati will offer every model with a combination of conventional and electric power until the middle of the decade, with the Ghibli retiring in 2024.
