Lamborghini has sold all of the cars

The Italian manufacturer of sports cars Lamborghini has already sold the entire production until 2024, this is what the head of the firm declared on Tuesday, as the luxury brand is seen not to have been affected by the global economic uncertainty.

The Volkswagen subsidiary is enjoying “high demand” and their order book covers orders for the next 18 months, chief executive Stephan Winkelmann said.

Wealthy customers are flocking to the brand despite the global financial crisis caused by Russian aggression in Ukraine.

“We have many requests towards Lamborghini. This is happening because they trust the brand, they see how beautiful the cars are, and what high performance they have,” said Winkelmann.

“The global economy needs to “stay a little stable” so that this continues,” he added, among other things.

Order delays are also occurring as a result of component shortages, especially chips that are needed for new electric models.

Lamborghini is planning from 2024 to produce hybrid versions of each of its models, and the production of the first electric Lamborghini by the middle of this decade.
