Johnson: More evidence that Putin is committing war crimes.

Boris Johnson said Russia’s “disgusting attacks on innocent civilians in Irpin and Bucha” were “further evidence that Putin and his military are committing war crimes in Ukraine.”

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom vowed to “kill” what he called Vladimir Putin’s “war machine”, adding that his invasion was “failing”.

Johnson said: “No denial or misinformation from the Kremlin can hide what we all know to be true – Putin is desperate, his invasion is failing and Ukraine’s resolve has never been stronger.

“I will do everything in my power to kill Putin’s war machine,” he said. “We are increasing our sanctions and military support, as well as strengthening our humanitarian assistance package to help those in need on the ground.”

“The United Kingdom has been at the forefront of supporting the International Criminal Court’s investigation into the atrocities committed in Ukraine. “The Secretary of Justice has authorized additional financial support and the deployment of specialist investigators – we will not rest until justice is done,” said the British Prime Minister.
