John Travolta has made a touching dedication to Bruce Willis, who has announced his retirement from acting due to a condition called aphasia.

The duo, who starred together in “Pulp Fiction” and “Look Who’s Talking”, have a friendship that spans decades.

But Willis’s family confirmed yesterday (Wednesday) that he would be looking for time in his career due to a brain disorder, which ‘is affecting his cognitive abilities’.

Travolta made a dedication to Willis on Instagram, praising his amazing work.

“Bruce and I became good friends when we shared our two biggest hits, Pulp Fiction and Look who’s Talking. A few years later he said to me, “John, I want you to know that if something good happens to you I feel like it happened to me,” he said.

“That’s how generous he is. “I love you Bruce”, the actor further said.

Bruce earned superstar status for his role as John McClane in “Die Hard,” but also went on to star in major films such as “The Fifth Element,” “The Sixth Sense” and “Sin City.”

He is known for his strong personality, but also won a ‘Golden Globe’ for his role as a private detective “Moonlighting”.

But, it is now moving away from the spotlight after being diagnosed with aphasia, which affects cognitive functions such as the ability to speak, write and understand language.
