Flood in Florida, people get stuck in cars.

South Florida residents are said to have been stranded in flood waters after torrential rains due to a tropical disturbance.

The Public Information Office with the Fire Rescue Authority in the city of Miami said early Saturday that it has mobilized Large Cars that respond to people stuck in their cars amid floods.

“We continue to urge you not to drive or walk in the water. “Be safe and please let us assess the situation,” the office wrote on Twitter.

PowerOutage.US power outage tracker reported 7,871 cases without electricity in the state.
