Brazil will host the next Major tournament in CS: GO.
ESL has confirmed that the next Major tournament will be held this year in Brazil as there was speculation, where the event will take place in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
The format of the biggest CS: GO tournament organized by VALVE, will be held the same as the last tournament, where the 24 teams that qualify from the ‘RMR’ tournaments, will compete in three phases of the tournament starting from October 31 .
The tournament will start on October 31, and will last until November 13, while tickets for those wishing to be present at the Jeunesse Arena for the ‘Play-Off’ matches will go on sale on May 25. .
In this Major tournament, the 24 participating teams will compete for a prize pool of around $ 1 million.
The winner of last May was announced the FaZe team led by the captain ‘chair’ who took with him the prize of 500,000 dollars.
