A judge wants to deprive homosexuals of their rights.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Associate Judge Clarence Thomas has said the court now needs to review past decisions on gay rights following the decision to ban abortion in the country.

In them he has included the decisions that legalized the right to receive contraception, the right to same-sex intimacy and the right to same-sex marriage.

Following the reversal of the Roe v.Wade decision, he appealed to the court to overturn civil rights decisions like Griswold v. Connecticut, Lawrence v.Texas and Obergefell v.Hodges.

Griswold was a Supreme Court decision of 1965 that established the right for married couples to purchase and use contraceptives. It became the basis for the right to contraception for all couples a few years later.

Lawrence was a 2003 Supreme Court ruling that established the right of adults to engage in same-sex intimacy. Obergefell was a 2015 Supreme Court ruling to establish the right of same-sex couples to marry.
