3 Dead and 11 Wounded after shooting in Philadelphia.

Three people were killed and 11 were injured Saturday night in a shooting in Philadelphia.

The violence in Philadelphia marked the sixth mass shooting in the US just this weekend, according to the non-profit organization Gun Violence Archive.

Police officers were patrolling South Street, a lively area with many restaurants and bars, when several active shooters started shooting into the crowd.

Two handguns were recovered, including one with an extended magazine but no arrests have been made.

The Gun Violence Archive has counted nearly 240 mass shootings so far this year, defined as one in which four or more people were killed or injured.
