A 20-year-old from Chicago is being considered a hero after he jumped into action to save the life of a man who crashed into the electrified subway railroad, potentially deadly.

Perry recalled the moment when he saved the man: “I did not think what could have happened to me at that moment. I felt a little shocked. I felt it all over my body, and then I did not let it stop me to act.

According to media reports, the incident happened at 15:30 at the 69th Street Red Line CTA station in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood in Chicago.
