Portugal has scored a victory over Switzerland with a score of 6-1 to advance to the quarterfinals of the World Championship.
The game started very well for the Portuguese who scored in the 17th minute with Goncalo Ramos benefiting from Joao Felix’s assist.
In the 33rd minute it was Bruno Fernandes who assisted from the corner for Pepe who scored with a header for 2-0.
The second half also started well for the Portuguese who scored with Goncalo Ramos after Diogo Dalot’s assist for 3-0.
Ramos assisted Raphael Guerreiro in the 55th minute for 4-0.
Three minutes later Switzerland found the only goal in this match, when Manuel Akanji hit the net for 4-1.
In the 67th minute, Joao Felix again assisted Goncalo Ramos who completed the hat-trick for 5-1.
The last goal in the match was scored by Rafael Leao for 6-1, sending Portugal to the quarterfinals.
