The Brazilian club Gremio has announced the signing of the popular Uruguayan forward Luis Suarez as a free agent for two years.
Suarez has been a free agent for a few weeks after closing the deal with his childhood club, Nacional.
However, it didn’t take long and Suarez found a new club, where he will continue his career.
It is about the Brazilian team, Gremio, which plays in the Brazilian Super League and has officially announced the transfer of the Uruguayan striker.
“Luis Suarez, one of the greatest strikers in world football, is Gremio’s newest signing for the 2023 season.”
“At the age of 35, the Uruguayan, who played for Nacional/URU this season, signed a two-year contract until the end of 2024,” the announcement said.
Otherwise, Suarez has rejected the proposals of clubs from MLS and those from Saudi Arabia to join the Brazilian team.
