Liverpool has reached an agreement with PSV Eindhoven for the transfer of Cody Gakpo.
The Dutch club has confirmed that they already have an agreement with The Reds for the player.
“PSV and Liverpool have reached an agreement for the proposed transfer of Cody Gakpo”.
“The 23-year-old attacker will immediately leave for England where he will undergo the necessary formalities before completing the transfer,” PSV announced.
It is believed that the amount of the transfer will be around 55 million euros, including bonuses.
Gakpo is shining this season, especially with his performances at the World Cup with the Netherlands, which has led to many teams following him – with Liverpool now securing his services.
