Fire again in Russia, this time in a tire factory

A huge fire broke out at a tire factory in the Russian city of Barnaul, which was contained after covering an area of a thousand square meters, according to Russian media. Images of the fire are spreading on social networks.

The fire broke out in Altai, a factory that produces tires for airplanes and military equipment.

110 firefighters with 33 vehicles took part in extinguishing the fire, while low temperatures and heavy smoke made extinguishing difficult.

Three people were rescued from the factory, while there are no reports of casualties.

The cause of the fire has not yet been revealed, while the local prosecutor’s office has started investigations.

Otherwise, a huge fire broke out in a shopping center in Moscow, where at least one person died.
