Residents in the city of Kherson have found an unusual way to charge their mobile phones.
They did this in the main square of the city through a generator.
It is about an event described through an image shared by the presidential adviser of Ukraine, Anton Gerashchenko.
As winter approaches, its remaining 80,000 residents are without heat, water and electricity, as well as food and medicine shortages.
Communications operators in the city have said phone service is being restored, and the regional governor has announced that a public wireless Internet access point will also start working on Tuesday.
Otherwise, the end of the Russian occupation of the key port city has sparked days of celebration.
However, Russian forces could now launch a “massive artillery attack” on Kherson after withdrawing from the strategic city on Friday, former British Army chief General Lord Richard Dannatt has warned.
The military expert warned that the “reality” now was that the Russians would prepare defensive positions of some strength on the east bank of the Dnipro River, which is within easy shelling distance of the city of Kherson.
