Ukrainian forces entered the city of Lyman on October 1, until today it was reported that the city was completely cleared by Russian forces.
A video that was released shows Ukrainian forces burning Russian flags in this city.
The Ukrainian flag was raised outside the city’s police station, while the Russian one was burned in the courtyard.
In the video, Ukrainian forces can be seen entering the station, while outside they burn what appear to be two Russian flags, one with cloth and one smaller.
