It has long been known that M Performance parts will follow shortly after the launch of the BMW M2, and now photos have been released showing how they make the smaller M model from Munich even more aggressive.
The G87 is equipped with M Performance parts including an optional rear wing and a roof spoiler that increases downforce.
The four center-mounted tailpipes have been available on the latest M3 and M4 since they hit the market, and the new M3 Touring can be had with the same modifications and looks just as great as the bigger BMW models M. The square openings in the rear bumper are dark, while the diffuser is made of carbon fiber.
M Performance decals are located on the side, and carbon mirrors and larger 20-inch front and 21-inch rear rims are also visible.
The front and rear fenders received additional elements and wings on the door sills. The square footage looks quite large, but this is probably an illusion due to the use of carbon around them.
In the interior, there were no noticeable changes except for the carbon on the steering wheel arms and the center console and dashboard. The BMW M2 pictured has optional tubs and a 6-speed manual transmission.
