The Ukrainian army has published images of some of the Russian soldiers taken as prisoners of war, who were exchanged with Ukrainian soldiers after an agreement.
In the video, you can see the Russian soldiers with their hands tied, as well as the Ukrainian ones, who were accompanying them and waiting for the moment when they would be exchanged.
Such exchanges have occurred frequently since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, but on occasion it was the Russians who reneged on their promise and sent Ukrainian soldiers captive to Russian prisons.
On the other hand, the Ukrainians are continuing with the counteroffensive in the regions that are currently under the control of the Russian army.
Recently, Kiev announced that it destroyed a bridge of special strategic importance in the Kherson region, which the Russians were using to transport soldiers and weapons.
They have even published satellite images that show the destroyed bridge, as well as a complex that was used by the Russians as a military base.
