Juventus is said to have finalized the agreement with Paris Saint-Germain for their star Leandro Paredes, who will come on loan with the purchase obligation for 15 million euros plus another 5 million euros in bonuses.
The agreement was reached this evening and Paredes will be released to undergo medical tests tomorrow.
The Argentina international had agreed personal terms with Juventus many weeks ago and the only reason the move took so long was because the Whites had to offload some of their midfield players to make room and balance finances.
Paredes will be the second PSG player to join Juventus this summer, after his good friend, Argentine Angel Di Maria.
He was not even called up for the Paris Saint-Germain game because coach Christophe Galtier confirmed that the player already had his mind on Juventus.
It’s a return to Serie A for Paredes, as the 28-year-old has already played for Chievo, Empoli and Roma before leaving for Zenit in 2017.
