Official: Milan transfer De Ketelaere.
Charles De Ketelaere has finally completed his move from Club Brugge to Milan, becoming the most expensive signing of this era.
He will wear jersey number 90 and has signed a contract until June 2027, where he is expected to earn 2.2 million euros per season.
Negotiations dragged on throughout the summer and at times seemed on the verge of collapse, but an agreement was finally reached for 32 million euros plus 3 million euros in bonuses.
The Belgian club will keep 12.5 percent of the future transfer fee.
The 21-year-old Belgian international flew in from Brussels last night and underwent his medical today before signing the five-year contract at the Casa Milan headquarters.
At 35 million euros, De Ketelaere is Milan’s most expensive signing under Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massaras.
