Brother and sister are miraculously saved in Dallas

A Dallas Independent School District bus driver and his assistant have managed to rescue two children who were caught and nearly swept away by the water.

They said they did not usually move that way, adding that it must have been divine intervention.

“It must have been God who sent us down that road because we don’t normally go there,” said Simone Edmond.

Tekendria Valentine, the driver’s assistant, shot the incredible video of the rescue.

They buckled their seat belts together to save children who were hanging from trees during flooding in southeast Dallas.

Neighbors also rushed to help pull the boy and girl to safety. There were some heroic actions by all involved and they saved the brother and sister.
