British climber jumps from Europes highest rollercoaster.
British climber George King-Thompson has been given a four-month suspended sentence in Spain after he parachuted from the top of Europe’s largest rollercoaster.
The 22-year-old has admitted that he forced his way into the Port Aventura park on the Costa Dorada, where after climbing to the top he jumped and opened the parachute from 111 meters high – releasing at a speed of 180 kilometers per hour.
He filmed this moment, but then he was caught by law enforcement. However, this is not the first time that this young man breaks the rules and is punished. The same thing happened to him in 2019.
However, his friend the 18-year-old Spaniard who filmed his parachute jump from the metal structure did not escape easily either.
In the end, the pair were released, but to enjoy this freedom they had to pay 480 euros, and during the next two years not to commit such violations in Spain.
