Zelensky: Only those who started the war can stop it.
The President of Ukraine, Vlodymyr Zelensky, spoke at a press conference on Saturday at an underground station.
He was asked if he was still insisting on a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and if he thought the talks would end the war.
The Ukrainian president said that “the war can be stopped only by those who started it”
He stated that he wanted to end the war and that any “healthy person would choose the diplomatic path” instead of the military one.
The head of the Ukrainian state was asked to give an assessment of Moscow’s plans to take the Donbas region in eastern Ukraine.
“We will return everything, all those occupied territories,” he said.
Otherwise, the Ukrainian authorities have announced today that they have killed two other Russian generals in Kherson.
