The US is telling allies to send more weapons to Ukraine.
The United States has urged its allies to “move every stone” to keep Kiev armed – while Russian forces continue to carry out attacks in eastern and southern Ukraine.
For the second day in a row, explosions also shook the separatist Trans-Dniester region in neighboring Moldova, knocking down two powerful radio antennas near the border with Ukraine.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attacks, but Ukraine has blamed Russia.
Such a demand comes amid growing international fears that the war was beginning to spread further across borders.
Meanwhile in Germany, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin called a meeting with officials from about 40 countries at the US air base in Ramstein.
In a speech tonight, British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss is expected to say the West must prepare for the “long term” to secure Russia’s defeat in Ukraine and call on allies to increase defense spending and supply Kiev with tanks and fighter jets.
