Putin-Shoigu meeting, speculation about Putin`s health.
Former Russian government adviser and well-known Swedish economist Anders Asluind has said that the video of the conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu shows that Putin is seriously ill and depressed.
Following the publication of the images from last night’s meeting where Putin is seen holding the table tightly while talking to the Minister of Defense about the situation in Mariupol, rumors have started to increase on social networks that his health condition has worsened.
Many are considering Putin sitting in a chair-leaning position during the meeting – all the while holding the table tightly with his right hand and this sparked debate about his mental state.
People are considering that his health condition has deteriorated since the Russian occupation of Ukraine began on February 24.
Anders Aslund claims that both Russians – Putin and Shoigu – are depressed and their health condition is very serious.
