Joe Biden talks today with allies about Ukraine.
US President Joe Biden will talk with US allies today to discuss the war in Ukraine – including plans for further isolation of Russia.
“The talks will take place via a video-link with allies and partners, to discuss our continued support for Ukraine and efforts to hold Russia accountable for all that it has done in Ukraine,” the White House said in a statement.
Meanwhile, during the last week, the White House announced that there is no plan for Biden to travel to Kiev. It has even been suggested that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken may travel in his place.
Russia launched a major offensive in the Donbas region in eastern Ukraine last night after failing to take control of Kiev and its suburbs.
