Four people were found stabbed to death in London.
Police have revealed other details revealed after four people were found stabbed to death in a home in south-east London.
A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the “deeply shocking incident” in Bermondsey, Metropolitan Police said.
Three women – aged 60, 40 and 30 – and a man in his 60s were found dead following a report of a home conflict in the early hours of this morning.
The four persons, who were found inside the property, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The man arrested on suspicion of murder was taken to a police station in south London, where he remains in custody.
It is thought that all five persons were acquainted with each other.
Police Commander Colin Wingrove said neighbors had contacted police and officers had forcibly entered the home on Delaford Road.
He said: “Inside the house they made a horrific discovery of four people who had been stabbed.”
