Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has issued a new speech following the end of the 17th day of Russian aggression in Ukraine.

Zelensky also commented on the situation in Kherson, a Russian-controlled Ukrainian city
Local authorities have said a referendum is being planned by Russia with the aim of turning the region into a separatist republic similar to several other parts of eastern Ukraine – Donetsk and Luhansk.
