Thursday marks the start of the third week since Russian President Vladimir Putin’s forces launched aggression against Ukraine.

Ukraine’s president accuses Russia of war crimes and genocide after Russia attacked a children’s hospital in Mariupol, despite a ceasefire agreement. Local authorities reported that three people had died, including a girl;
The White House says Russia may plan to launch a chemical or biological attack on Ukraine after Moscow accused Kiev of developing unconventional weapons;
The Pentagon has refused to provide MiG fighter jets to Ukraine, calling the idea “high-risk” and ineffective.
