The third round of talks between the Ukrainian and Russian sides in Belarus ends.
Ukrainian and Russian negotiators met on Monday for a third round of talks, as fighting enter its 12th day.
Ukrainian negotiator Mykhailo Podolyak has said that the talks have not “improved the situation” in Ukraine.
However, a small amount of progress has been made – where they have agreed to evacuate civilians, as six humanitarian corridors have opened this morning.
Russia has agreed to hold fire and open humanitarian corridors in several Ukrainian cities, after failed evacuation on the weekend and the number of civilian casualties from Russia’s invasion mounted.
Podolyak said that both sides are continuing talks to reach a ceasefire.
