The Russian attacks destroy the computer museum.
One of the largest computer museums, owned by a businessman, has been destroyed by Russian attacks in Ukraine.
The 8-bit museum, was destroyed during the attacks in Mariupol. This was confirmed by the owner of the museum Dmitry Cherepanov.
“It is about the computer system museum in Mariupol, which no longer exists. “All that is left of this collection that I have collected for 15 years are fragments from memories,” Cherpanov wrote on Facebook.
It took him a lot of work and years to assemble and restore many computers that have been exhibited in the Club 8-bit museum.
What is special about this museum is the fact that it has documented the common history of the two peoples – the Russians and the Ukrainians.
Fortunately, the museum owner himself has survived the Russian attacks – but not like many Mariupol residents who have lost their loved ones.
