EU has allocated an additional 300 million euros for Ukraine.

European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen has indicated that the European Union has already allocated an additional 300m euros as part of the second tranche of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine.

She made this known through social networks as she first personally informed the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky.

“I also informed the Ukrainian president, Zelensky, about the disbursement of a second tranche of about 300 million euros of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine. The brave people of Ukraine need this money now. “We will support the country’s finances, as this senseless war is still going on,” the European official wrote on Twitter.

Von Der Leyen further stated that the European path of Ukraine has begun and confirmed this to the Ukrainian president.

“Such times require foresight, skill and perseverance to take one difficult step after another,” she said.

Otherwise, the US has already allocated a fund for the Ukrainian state that amounts to $ 13.6 billion.
