Snow has fallen in Slovenia, temperatures drop to -4 degrees

The cameras of the Slovenian Meteorological Service have recorded that a large amount of snow has fallen on the top of Mount Kredarica, in the northwest of Slovenia.

As can be seen in the meteo.si video, the temperature has dropped to -4 degrees, which is why the snow has remained on the ground.

Kredarica is located at 2541 meters above sea level.

We remind you that unstable weather has been observed in the region for the last few days, with heavy rains, which have brought an immediate drop in air temperatures.

Cold air from the north and warm moist air from the Mediterranean Sea mix in our region, which favors the creation of instability and heavy precipitation.

Otherwise, some cities in our country have faced the difficult situation after last night’s floods.
