PS5 sales reached 20 million units.
Sony’s PlayStation 5 has sold 20 million console units worldwide since its launch in November 2020.
According to foreign media, the PS5 Console reached the milestone despite the pandemic and global supply chain issues.
It is currently behind the PS4, but Sony expects the PS5 to eventually surpass its predecessor.
“For those who have not had one, please be aware that we are planning a significant increase in PS5 production this year and are working hard to make sure the PlayStation 5 is available to all of them. “They want one,” said Veronica Rogers, head of global sales and business operations at Sony Interactive Entertainment, in a statement.
