The United Kingdom bans exports to Russia

Great Britain bans exports to Russia.

The United Kingdom on the one hand imposed a ban on exports to Russia in the entire service sector, on the other hand 63 Russian individuals and institutions were added to the list of sanctions.

The British government announced that with these decisions, Russia’s access to management consulting, accounting and public relations consulting services in the UK will be cut off.

Making a statement on the subject, British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said that the time when we did business with the Putin regime is over.

“While doing business with Putin’s regime has ended morally, its continuation also helps finance the war machine that is causing pain throughout Ukraine”.

“Russia’s severance of ties with British services will put more pressure on the Kremlin, which will make Putin fail in Ukraine.” We note that the European Union has imposed new sanctions on the Russian state and some of the oligarchs who support Putin.

Otherwise, US President Joe Biden has stated that the US will impose additional sanctions on Russia.
