Putin wants to kill the entire Ukrainian nation.
The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Federov, who was abducted by Russian forces in March, said his city was in a “difficult and extremely dangerous situation”.
Russian forces occupied Melitopol in southeastern Ukraine a few days after the invasion began, but since then there have been sporadic protests in the city.
A new mayor has been stationed in the Russian-controlled city – after Fedorov was abducted. However five days later he was released as part of an agreement to exchange captured Russian soldiers.
He said Russian President Vladimir Putin intended to kill the entire Ukrainian nation – starting with the occupation of cities.
“We can not send any aid. “Even medicine – and to provide emergency services – is a very dangerous situation for this,” he added.
