Matthew Lahoz breaks the yellow card record in La Liga.

Matthew Lahoz was the man who got the most attention in the duel that was played between Getafe and Mallorca within the 30th week in La Liga.

The match ended 1-0, while in this duel 11 yellow cards and one red card were distributed by referee Lahoz.

In the first half alone, the referee handed out eight yellow cards, signaling that he would not tolerate any minor interference.

In the second 45 minutes, Lahoz once again showed the yellow color to the player of Mallorca, Franco Russo – excluding him from the meeting in the 63rd minute.

Then two yellow cards were distributed, until Vedat Muriqi who plays in Mallorca was lucky not to be punished in this crazy confrontation.

With these 11 yellow cards, Lahoz has broken the record set in the 2010/11 season in the match between Sevilla and Real Madrid, which were distributed eight of them.
