Reuss has said an electrified Corvette C8 will arrive in 2023 followed by a fully electric version later.

He did not specify whether the sports car will use a hybrid engine or plug-in, nor when we will see the EV.

Chevrolet officially confirmed the news after the interview through a teasing video of the hybridized version.

Otherwise, hybrid Corvettes have been spying on the Nürburgring for some time.
