Zelensky: The level of threat is at a maximum.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said the international community will be responsible for the “massive humanitarian catastrophe” if it does not agree on a no-fly zone, warning that his country is at the highest level of Russian threat.

“Russia is using missiles, planes and helicopters against us, against civilians, our cities and our infrastructure. “It is a humanitarian obligation for the world to react,” said Zelensky in a televised speech.

He also stressed that during these two weeks, the Ukrainians have strongly resisted showing that they will not surrender at any moment.

Zelensky otherwise thanked US President Joe Biden for banning the import of Russian oil, gas and coal in the United States.

The Ukrainian president is convinced that with this action, Joe Biden has hit Vladimir Putin’s war machine in the heart.
